Parminder Jain, a qualified Life Skill Trainer and counsellor, sincerely cares about making a difference in the lives of children and seniors.

Since the last seven years, she has been actively engaged in enabling students (Primary to Postgraduate) and seniors to manage life's challenges. She offers comprehensive assistance to students with a Learning Disability, anxiety and depressions. She has been mentoring students enrolled in various Counselling courses.

M.A. Counseling Psychology, Pursuing PhD.
Sadiqa is the founder and CEO of Blue Nile counselling, career guidance and life skill training. Blue Nile operates in three dimensions: Counselling, Life skills Training and Career Guidance and also conducts workshops in various other topics.
Sadiqa is a Psychologist with Masters in Counselling Psychology and Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Career Guidance Counsellors. She is presently also pursuing her PhD in counselling psychology.

With 40 + years of experience in various industries, presently he is involved in a project Eco Recycling Ltd , which are trying to develop commercial technology to recycling of electronic waste like Desk tops/ laptops/ wires and cables/ crt/ tube lights/ plastic housings of electronic items etc. and also to to set up facilities for recovery of metals from the batteries with the use of mechanical and chemical process.

He has devoted a lifetime ( >40 Years) in the field of Rotating Machine Technology, having served in the Compressor , Steam Turbine and Gas Turbine technology in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd( BHEL) , Hyderabad. He is among the very few engineers having vast technological experience in this field.

Having more than 40 years experience in the field of Fine chemicals in pharmaceutical industries with the companies like Sarabhai Chemicals and IDPL , Hyderabad. He has been associated with the various areas like production research and development and corporate management.
